    I live in Utah and I frequent bars. The cover cost doesn’t go to the church. 🙂 They go to the owner. That’s how they make the profit. Also, bars and clubs are highly taxed here in Utah. Many people from out of states always are shocked when they come to Utah. Utah is no different from other state.

    Great that you experience all this. Its moment that you will not forget. I felt the same when i was at DEAF WAY II. When i get round to do VLog i will give my experience on DEAF WAY II.

    Jarom & Hey,

    One of my friend is hearing and heard that bar called “Port on Call”. They does charged people money that going to the Church..

    If it’s not true then I will slap my friend’s head for told me that. 😛

    Also, it make sense if a bar charge people to enter and money go to the owner. Maybe Owner pay to all bouncer.

    Yeah go find out if paying to get in the bar, that money may possible go to owner and then the owner may need the money to give to the church for some reasons. It’s like to make the church stop complaining and whining about the bar nearby the church? That may be possibly reason?

    Unless the owner is member of the church and he pays his tithing which is 10% of his monthly income. Other than that, the money is just for profit and tax purpose. Port o’call is a good bar but you should have gone to Tryangles.
